Delivery Information 

All prices listed include standard delivery Australia wide, excluding nappy cakes which are only delivered to Sydney.

All items are despatched within 24 hours of payment being received (Mon-Fri). Sydney metro gifts are sent via courier. Gifts to all other areas are delivered via Australia Post.
Gifts can be delivered to hospitals, home or business addresses. Please ensure that if the gift is being delivered to a hospital you provide the full name of the mother (including maiden name if possible) name of hospital, full address, level, ward, room number etc. Please also ensure that the mother is still in hospital and not due for imminent discharge. For home and business addresses, please address the card to the recipient and include full address. Should the gift be returned to us due to an incomplete address or the mother having been discharged from hospital, you will be required to pay for the courier again.

No items will be dispatched until full payment has been received. Please take into consideration the extra time needed if paying by direct deposit as this will take a few days to clear.

Our couriers DO NOT deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. We also use Australia Post from time to time. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Should you require the gift more urgently, please contact us for an 'express post' quote.

Returns Policy 

Baby Lily is known for quality and care and we take pride in all our items. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of your order being received. Baby Lily will happily replace any item that is faulty or damaged or give a refund if you prefer.

Baby Lily is not liable for any movement or displacement of items in transit.
